Banana Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 100g porridge oats

  • ½ tsp cinnamon , plus extra to serve

  • 110ml water

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 100g punnet strawberries, halved

  • 50g blueberries

Preparation

Step 1


In a medium-sized saucepan, mix the oats, cinnamon, water and half the sliced banana. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down the heat and cook for 4-5 mins, stirring all the time.


Step 2


Remove and pour into a bowl, top with the remaining banana, strawberries, blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
