Why I do this

Many clients before starting with me have found fitness and dieting a gruelling and tiresome experience. Floating from one fad diet to the next, with little to show for their efforts, usually because said diets are unsustainable.

I help my clients reach their goals on their own terms, and then find maintenance whilst still enjoying their life, work and home as they should.​

I do this without cutting food groups or avoiding social events. 

​

I do this by listening, careful planning and adhering to my clients wants and needs as much as is possible.

​

I do this by setting goals and intermediary targets for my clients, so we reach where they want to be and beyond.
