How much will it cost me?

All my programs are bespoke and depend on the level of support needed by each client. Cost is something I can go into detail with on the call, once I have a deeper understanding of what is required to reach my client's goals.

Will I have the time to commit?

Whilst there are fundamental parameters I put in place with all my clients, together we create a plan that works for YOU specifically and your lifestyle. So we will find pockets of time within your current lifestyle, to dedicate to your health and fitness and your goals.

Do I need a gym membership?

My clients train both at the gym and at home, whichever is convenient for them. If training at home, I provide a list of suggested equipment, so no gym membership is needed.

My name is Nicolle

Having been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and with 4 years of coaching in London City, I have worked with hundreds of clients and exceeded their expectations when it comes to fitness. I specialise in strength training and fat loss and previously worked at  a leading city personal training gym producing body transformations. I have oodles of experience from my extensive client roster and I've worked with clients with minor injuries to chronic conditions, all the while increasing their strength, improving their health and fitness and reaching their long term goals.
