About me
Having been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and with 4 years of coaching in the heart of London City, I have worked with hundreds of clients and exceeded their expectations when it comes to fitness, health and wellness. I specialise in strength training and fat loss and previously worked at a leading city personal training gym producing body transformations. I have oodles of experience from my extensive client roster and I've worked with clients hosting minor injuries to chronic conditions, all the while increasing their strength, improving their health and fitness and increasing their quality of life.
